Kind staff, modern facilities, delicious food.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it met the needs. The place was fairly clean and unique, it had very attentive staff from front desk to manager. The restaurant was spacious for breakfast here, I had tasty dishes.

Well, the area was horrible overall.

The best part was my departure. The hotel is shabby and overpriced.

Spacious rooms with nice queen beds. Free international calls add extra value for staying connected while away.

The laundry service left much to be desired, requiring a tedious process of bringing laundry to reception with unclear communication about deposits. The noise from the street can be disruptive at night, especially with emergency vehicles and neighbors smoking on balconies. Air conditioning control felt limited, forcing a window open to cope, which only amplified the noise.

my experience was a good one at this hotel. the manager and assistant manager are very eager to please. whatever the problem or my request, i had 3 people running to my room trying to make me happy. i recommend this hotel

The laundry service was bizarre and unhelpful.

Our room was clean, comfortable, light, well furnished and had an excellent view of the Mt. of Olives. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were having a wonderful stay. The breakfasts were marvelous and we enjoyed eating and visiting at the bar area in the evenings. Loved every minute of our stay! The night manager of the bar, the breakfast crew, and the entire management were wonderful.

Loved every thing about the hotel! We will definitely stay at the Leonardo Hotel Jerusalem on our next visit to Jerusalem.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious lobby area and the accessibility throughout the hotel. The staff was attentive and kind. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety and ample seating as well.

Pool hours should be extended for evening access.

The breakfast bar was really nice.

Floors were dirty. Didn't provide shampoo, coffee maker, etc that normally is provided in American hotels.

Close to the old city of Jerusalem, packing free, good breakfast.
